Conceptualized by Dr. Padma Subrahmanyam (Padmasri & Padmabhushan Awadee), the eminent danseuse, it unfolds some lively situations involving Sage Narada, Lord Krishna and his consorts Rukmini and Sathyabhama. There is ample drama spanning a wide range of 'rasas' enough to fascinate choreographers and dance students. And what's more, it has a mellifluous music alternating between classical and light classical styles with different rhythm patterns and jathis to suit the Bharatanatyam and other dance ballet.
